4 Application to execute Transfer Agreement.

Application should be made on prescribed Transfer Set which can be obtained from Head Office of JDA after depositing Rs. 200/- in SB a/c No. 342 at the JK Bank, Rail Head Complex branch.		 In case of Sale/Purchase based on Conveyance Deed
1. Copy of permission to execute Conveyance Deed.
2. Registered copy of Conveyance Deed in original.
3. Copy of the State Subject Certificate of transferee.
4. Copy of photo identity proof of the transferee.
5. Copy of bank challan as proof of payments.
In case  of Gift based on Gift Deed
1. Copy of permission to execute Gift Deed.
2. Registered copy of Gift Deed in original
3. Copy of the State Subject Certificate of transferee.
4. Copy of photo identity proof of the transferee.
5. Copy of bank challan as proof of payments, if any.
In case of Legal Heir based on Legal Heir Certificate
